The completed application form must be submitted together with:
Photocopy of education qualifications
1 recent passport size photograph
Photocopy of NRIC (front & back)
Cheque should be made payable to “Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers” or Via ibanking/Bank transfer. Details as follows: DBS current account no: 007 005007 0. Please provide copy of the bank transaction

Note:
1) Applicant must be at 21 years old at the time of registration
2) Must possess at least 3 GCE “O” Level credits in one sitting.
3) The Institute reserves the right to re-schedule or swap the dates if the need arises
4) Minimum size class will start the class.
5) Companies may go to www.skillsconnect.gov.sg to apply for SDF. SDF Terms and conditions apply.
6) Full payment must be made before commencement of course.
7) An Administration Charge of 50% of the course fee for withdrawals / cancellation received in writing.
