Our Roles
Members of the Valuation and General Practice Division comprise valuers, real estate auctioneers and agents, property managers, property and development consultants and project managers.

As professionals in these various fields, we contribute to the planning, investment, development, use and management of real estate in Singapore as well as in many other countries.

Our members have tertiary and/or professional qualifications which equip them with the knowledge and skills to provide quality services. The success of Singapore's development reflects the high standard of professionalism in the services our members provide for the construction and real estate sector.

Education
Our Division plays an active role in planning and conducting courses which are relevant to, and will help to upgrade the standard of services of the real estate industry. We have run the following courses for more than 10 years:

In addition, the Division has frequently organised talks and seminars relating to the real estate industry which are useful to our members as well as to the public.
