1. Payment Policy
To secure accommodation, a one-night room deposit is required with the completed “Hotel Booking Form” to be forward to Singapore Institute of Surveyors & Valuers .
All balance hotel accommodation payment must be settled prior to the commencement of theConference i.e. 7 May, 2005
   

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund will be made accordingly for any shortened stay with notification made not less than 48 hours.
Cancellation made on or before 21 April 2006 will be subject to an administrative fee of US$50.00 per room-booking.
Cancellation made after 21 April 2006 will be subject to one night cancellation room charge.
